You are required to be present in front of your poster during the dedicated poster sessions. All poster sessions are to be held at the EPFL. Please hang your posters by 13h45 on Monday September 7, 2009 and leave them visible for the entire conference. You will find all necessary material for hanging your poster at a central station in the poster area. There will be staff available to assist you on Monday September 7, from 12:30-13:45.

You will have the equivalent space of an A0 poster at your disposal, in portrait orientation
(height > width)

You may wish to use :

  • - a series of slides containing images/text
  • - a single A0 (or smaller) poster containing all relevant information.

You should use the format best suited to help you present your work when visitors pass by. Furthermore, the poster should also be able to serve as a stand-alone explanation for your work when you are not present at the poster station.
